Ute Hein's work at BGP is focused primarily on management control, accountancy, purchasing and personnel management systems. On deployment with our clients, she undertakes interim management duties in the financial field and functions as the project manager, overseeing for example the implementation of cost cutting programs and the introduction of management information and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
Before joining BGP, Ms. Hein has gained profound experience from having worked in financial management positions of international industrial companies for over 20 years. She was the deputy manager, corporate planning / controlling for a construction and services group for instance and head of affiliate management / M&A at a company in the capital goods sector, where she was responsible for managing a diversified EUR 360 million portfolio of equity holdings. In these various management positions, Ms. Hein initiated numerous review, restructuring and M&A projects.
Since graduating in business studies, Ms. Hein has amassed industry specific expertise in the project business, facility management, metalworking, tool-making and engineering, logistics, and transport.
