BGP is pleased to provide an interim management to implement performance improvement, whole-business restructuring or turnaround projects on the basis of success related compensation. As a rule, BGP's fee will be divided into a fixed (approx. 60%) and a variable (approx 40%) component, the variable part being related to the company's operating result or cash flow, the cost savings achieved or some other financial indicator.
However, this variable component will only be due when the success parameter agreed on with the client exceeds a defined target. BGP thus takes part of the risk, but might also benefit to a more than proportionate extent from the success of the restructuring or turnaround measures.
BGP offers that kind of success related compensation provided the BGP interim management is employed for at least 18 months and bears a high responsibility for the implementation on spot.
