BGP actively assists companies with the implementation of restructuring and corporate concepts. Companies whose profitability or liquidity is in crisis have no time to lose. If necessary, we will initiate all the measures necessary immediately during the analysis and concept process and together with the General Management.
Generally, there are three ways for future cooperations:
- BGP takes on full responsibility for the implementation, providing interim management and being paid a success-related compensation
- BGP and the company’s key personnel form mixed teams to concertedly implement the entire restructuring concept
- Only selected restructuring projects or packages of measures are being implemented, with BGP monitoring and assisting the project
